How much does aircond servicing cost?
Normal Service starts from RM88 per unit. The final amount depends on the unit type, condition, access and work required. Any additional work is explained for approval first.
Can GenPlus check an aircond that is not cooling or leaking?
Yes. The technician checks the symptom and system condition before recommending cleaning, repair or further diagnosis.

What does the 60-day warranty cover?
The published service packages include a 60-day water leak warranty. Ask our team to confirm its applicable conditions for your unit and work scope; it is not a blanket warranty for every component.
Is there support after the service?
GenPlus provides workmanship support for completed work. The applicable scope is explained according to the service or repair performed.
